Amanda Waring is the UK’s leading speaker, filmmaker, author and trainer on Dignity and compassionate end of life care. She regularly speaks on tv and radio about her work. Her campaigning award winning film ‘What Do you see?’ has been viewed by millions to transform attitudes in care. She initiated the National Dignity Council and has been inspiring dignity champions for over 10 years. She is the dignity presenter for Aged care Tv and had her own radio show on womens radio looking at care. Her many end of life training films and training pack have been recognised by the RCN and BJN and she sits on many advisory boards including HELP CARE.

Amanda launched dying matters for the national council of palliative care and made the film ‘Can you see Me’ for comic relief to highlight end of life care issues. In 2014 Amanda Waring was employed to successfully turn around the care homes exposed by Panorama and runs leadership courses to inspire new ways to address issues in care including burnout and emotional and spiritual needs.

Her popular books The heart of care and The Carer’s Bible published by Souvenir press are supporting others in the care of the dying and elderly.
